Powering up (wow!) the one-piece solar swimsuits to hit the market. The company Triumph wants to place the swimsuits on shelves soon, having already showcased them in Valencia. While the solar panels may be used to attract attention to glittery girls, they're meant to charge up iPods and phones at the beach. For the ladies, this is a sure way to get noticed, as you'll be more popular than an airport plug on a delayed flight. Unless, of course, you're in Boston, in which case the shiny lights and electric cord coming out of your butt may pose a threat.
I can image a guy with a pick-up line like “excuse me, can I charge my device?” :-)

BIKINIS: A WIN-WIN FOR ALL!!!
Bikinis are the most popular swimsuits for women on the beach today. To think that at a point in time, they were thought to be too revealing and not proper to use. Bikinis show off a woman’s body in a way a one piece suit cannot even dream of.
In 2007, we will see great bikini trends – I have paid attention to the new designs coming out. They will be shinier than ever – even jewelry like (sequins, beads, fringes, prints, phrases). If it has been hard for me to stop staring at the bikinis, now it will be near impossible with all the catchy, flashy styles and colors. The sensational new designs will be eye-boggling.
My all-time favorite is the string bikini. Somehow it has more of a loose feeling to them. There is definitely more skin showing with this style…and who doesn’t like that?
Going back to my point of them being thought of as too revealing to use…. Think about this… what do volleyball players wear in the sand? Isn’t it a bikini? Now it is not only fashionable for the pool and/or beachside, it is also used as the preferred uniform of a volleyball player. That must tell you how comfortable women feel using them. They like them, we like them. It’s a win-win for all.
